After waiting 5 min for the 1 and only cashier to finish with a customer who had many questions and problems another customer asked the employee that came near us if they could open another register and was told no maybe the jewerly dept could help - oh no she's busy. That was the end of the discussion since she then walked away. The customer asked for the manager but got no answer.
