We purchased carpet for our family room from Empire. Within 3 months, the carpet started to wear under the moving part of the sofa. Their product is a rip off as it's low grade crap. They're overpriced and wouldn't do anything to repair the carpet. We will never buy Empire carpet again. read full review »
