Whilst checking my credit account this morning I found that Norton has taken a annual renewal charge of $59.99 from this account. I no longer use this product and do not wish to use it, however I can find no customer service contact details that are useful as I would need to have my Norton account details which I no longer have. I am angry about this unauthorized access to my credit account with no notification either prior to or after the access being made. I would like to recover my money if possible.
