Who do these people think they are? I've told them on several occasions, "do not call this telephone number again". They call the very next day. The auto loan was transfered from Citifinacial to this unknown, unprofessional, poor customer service skills company. The loan is not even in my name. Do they not understand English. I told them that I'm recording this phone conversation and once again, do not call this number. They still continue to call my number.
