I was a victim of a scam by United Finance/AIC Kia of Manassas. I came all the way from Baltimore, MD by public transportation to Manassas, VA just to return home the exact same way. I was told that I was 100% approved for an auto loan with no money down. They said that the program was totally income based and credit did not matter. Unfortunately when I got to the dealership suddenly that whole story changed and every thing became credit based.
