I purchased 2 Samsung PL150 cameras from simply electronics on 30th November 2010. This was as a Christmas gift for my 2 daughters. The order was accepted immediately and there was items in stock and I was informed that the items would be dispatched within 7 days. After 10 days the order still had not been dispatched, I called and got the usual apology and the busy during festive period excuse.
