I phoned YES LOANS LTD to cancel their services - they had taken £69.50 from my bank account. i telephoned them on 22nd January - they requested a letter to confirm cancellation in order to refund my money - I sent the letter on 24th Jan - kept a copy of the letter have not heard from them - tried telephoning on numorous occasions- unable to get through - kept on hold/ what can i do to get a response from them - need my money refunded ASAP.
