Dear Sir, My name is Khaleel Shaikh, i am using vodafone mobile network, My mobile Number is 9966082639. On 30-April-2011 i'd recharged my mobile with 50.00 voucher, i'd make few calls, then next day morning when i checked my balance 30.00 were deducted from main balance. When i called to customer care and informed my problem, the executive was saying that i have made subsciption for Vodafone time pass alerts and i've been charged for that service. Idea Cellular/mobile recharge

Dear Sir, I have tried to recharge my mobile with Rs 53.00 IDEA full talktime on 31/01/11. But recharge was unsuccessful and Rs 55.00 (including Rs 2.00 Service charges) deducted from my Axis bank a/c. On calling upon IDEA customer care they informed me that they have not received the amount for recharge. So i request to kindly respond to this complaint and refund my amount.
