ICICI keeps on increasing loan tenure and my loan which started with 180 months now stands for 280 months and that too without informing me. Now I am paying for longer tenure on higher interest rates now. I have lost faith with ICICI. Now when I contacted ICICI home loan persons in sector 9 branch to lower my tenure and increase prinicipal payout, they say that I need to deposit some money around 13K and also need to open one saving account along with one RD of 2K per month.
