Patients are: Mr JA Pretorious member no 1006185 Mrs DG Bloem mem. no. 2890840 Mr. B Jacobs mem. no. 42500125106 Mr. Paul Roos mem. no.44100013836 All of the above patients were in the Montana Private Hospital. Please could you look into the matter as urgent as I was told the claims are stale, but our EDI transmission log reflects that it was accepted, the above mentioned was faxed to 021-6577571 ref. no. 30475959. read full review »
