We paid off our car with no problems at time of pay off we where to receive the second set of keys, that we know there are because we saw them when we signed the deal and we had to use them and return them. Now that the car is paid off the keys have come up missing, and they refuse to replace them. We have found out that it is not legal for them to keep and extra set if there is one, they have the title. This is not over a $2 key this keys are programed and cost $70 All we want if for them to replace the key that they lost, that they had not right with to began with. read full review »
