Attorney Ted Sumner is not, in my opinion, competent. He was not adequately prepared for court, did not perform well in front of the judge and did not appear to know how to file documents or navigate the legal system. Considering how long he's been practicing I had hoped for a much better representation. I felt his overconfidence impeded his ability to do his job and resulted in a bad outcome. He appeared to give too much weight to the unimportant while ignoring the bigger picture and I paid the price. I would never recommend this lawyer after my experience. read full review »
