1. I've been double-billed with no reimbursement as yet even tho the problem was identified last Oct. I was paying 2 Blackberry subscriptions 2. I havent been able to make calls from my contract number since saturday(342010). I called customer care on saturday and an automated message said there was a problem with certain numbers not being able to make calls. I called back on Sunday, 4410 - a consultant told me tht the call had been logged.
