I took out a data contract with Zaheer Hendricks on 20 Jan. I supplied him with my bank details as he said that the first months payment will have to be made in advance. This payment went off on 21 Jan. However on the bill dated 17 Feb, I was charged for Jan and Feb. I would like to know what happened to the payment made in advance. I have spoken to the call centre about a month ago - they were pathetic and I have had no feedback. read full review »
