Since Dec 2009 my free minutes disappears on my account. I have logged +-7 different queries at the 808 call centre number and to date still no explanation. I am a BlackBerry user that gets 50 SMS's free every month, I don't pay for data and I am not using the phone to make any calls untill this issue are resolved. My last call was on 27022010. I phone the update numbers everyday(808 and 16202) On the 06042010 I had R549.61 and today 07042010 I have R162.76 without making any calls. I have been on the line now for 40 min with the call centre and I am still holding on. read full review »
