I signed up for the free trial of the diet pills (BIG mistake). I didn't receive the item until the trial period was up. I called to complain and to cancel. I was told that they will extend the trial period for me but I said I wanted to cancel. They said they cancelled it but i had to fill out an online form, using his password. Very odd.
