I am pissed!! In Nov 2010, I recieved a proactive shipment which my wife decided she wasn't going to use it any more. So I called customer service and had them cancel my account. The Customer service rep said the account could not be closed all the way due to the outstanding balance due. I informed her that my wife wasn't going to use it, and asked if I could send it back. The CS rep said that I could send it back and the amount would be credited, and my account would be closed completely. I sent the shipment back within a couple... read full review »
