I was given a beautiful Vanelli handbag for Christmas by my boss. I loved the bag but unfortunately it had no structure to it and was very heavy. When I called the store and talked to the manager, I explained the situation and told her that my friend had thrown the receipt away, could I just exchange it for something that works for me. The Manger was very cold and didn't treat me very well but told me to come into the store and I could exchange the bag. I never used the bag and it was in pristine shape.
