I purchased items from My Shape and needed to return them. I sent them back over a month ago and have not received a credit. When I contacted them via email this is the response I received: Thank you for your phone call. We regret that we can no longer process refunds to credit cards or issue store credits. We are very sorry for this disappointment. Respectfully, Lori Larsen Respectfully! I think not! And "sorry for this disappointment"? Please, this is stealing, not a disappointment!
