I bank with SunTrust...a great bank. I use online banking for all my bills. Since July 2010 I have been paying my landloard throught Suntrust online banking. They issue a check to my landlord who banks with BB&T. They now refues to take a check that my bank (Suntrust) mail to my landlord. They said because it said signature on file is the reason they won't take the check...
