on 6/11/2011 my inter net plan has been changed to 1GB without my confirmation earlier i was using Rs 98 plan 2GB, After using 1GB plan for 15 days, I maintained Min bal of Rs 105 for my next 2GB plan renewal on date 18/1/2011 but unfortunately on 20/1/2011 again it has been activated to 1GB plan with out confirmation for 14 days validity. During this period I was unable to surf the internet propery, against this i has raised complaint on 20/1/2011 cmoud30120600113 saying that it will resolve on 28/1/11, but problem has not been solved. on... read full review »
