Hi everyone, I'm from Spain. I have been trying to contact Snug Australia about my problem with the two pairs of Uggs I got from their website, but I always ended up putting it off and in the beginning I thought it was something normal on Uggs. I got them around 3 and 2 years ago and I absolutely adore them except for the fact that they were very slippery from the beginning on wet ground, even on slighty wet ground (on most types of ground).
