I stumbled on JustAnswer*Doctors late last year and tried to complain to and seek their advise on my case of Joint pains (Arthritis) which they did not answer to as I had to close their site due to long and slow response, unfortunately, I did not know that asking them the question had authomatically put me under subscription and I have been billed 4 times. I have paid twice now and the 3rd bill has been sent by Barclay card which I refused to pay as I did not subscribe to them and did not get my problem solved.
