I have the Assurance Wireless (by virgin mobile) for 10days now. After 8 calls to customer services, at least 3330 minutes each call, my phone is still not activated. There is reception but I cannot call out or receive calls. I as given a new story each time I called. The staff was nice but incompetent, rude and hard to understand. The supervisor was "unavailable" when you ask for one. Any idea where to file a complaint? Thank You! read full review »
