If you are planning on going to the Hard Rock, beware of their wedding planner that is located in the Miami office. She doesn't call you back and makes for a very stressful time. She made me miss a promotion of $700 airfare credit x 4=@2800. I am going to sue Palace Resorts. If you get Yesenia as your wedding planner, she is wonderful, but she only represents some of the Mexico locations. I have been getting the run-around with this company since December 10th and have not yet been able to book my wedding. read full review »
