My alarm system has been down for 9 days and since weather is bad for 1 day they are rescheduling for 7 more days. When i told them not acceptable I wanted it fixed now. My airconditioners has already been stolen. They said sorry but nothing they could do. They could reschedule me for 7 days but could not reschedule the work order for next week for the ones they already had scheduled.
