I had a bill go to collections which I understand but when I called in a refill of my prescriptions instead of giving them to the Dr. for approval they called the collection agency and gave them my name and told them I was trying to fill a prescription and also told the lady they werent filling my prescription if I still owed to collection. The collections lady then called my husband to tell him that I was not getting my prescription if we dont give her money.
