I went to them for help with a debt settlement case. Mr. Crosby called me and told me that they had an offer, so I took it. I paid Mr Crosby and Associates $1400, and then never heard anything. After 6 months went by I called, and asked about my case. I was told they would get back to me, and they never did. I just called today, and they would tell me nothing, and yelled at me over the phone. They told me that it was the collectors who I needed to contact to find out if they were paid and if my case was closed. They took my money. . . . and would tell me nothing about my case. . . . beware!!! read full review »
