I order dvds from tv mania. Their website states that the dvds were new and when i received them, they were copies! Some of the copies were not clear and some of them did not work at all. I forwarded this information to my attoryney and they wrote a letter on my behalf. It pays to have Prepaid Legal Services because under Title 1, the letter was written at no additional cost to me and the membership for this service is only $35.95 a month.
