I purchased cosmetics from another store and tried to return them to Northland Mall Shoppers in Calgary, the clerk refused to process the returns with the reason that each store is independently owned. She told me to return the items to the store where I made the purchase. I did not see any signs in the store nor was I told of this policy when I made the purchase. There is nothing on the receipt or on the return policy on Shoppers' website to indicate this is true. read full review »
