I would like to share with the rest of the world the raw deals that these suppliers are giving us.I booked a flight for today @ 1time and I wanted to change it for another day due to emergency. I called call centre I was advised that ticket can only be changed 2 hours prior to departure. Fair enough I told them that I didnt forsee that I will have this accident what do they need to show that I have emergency.
