It takes Oxygen 4 days to respond to my Billing query + complaint about the inconsistent response from their call centre on benefits that I was entitled to - which has dented my already shaky beleif that this medical aid would be there to support me in times of medical need. I receive a response today saying that they can't respond to my complaint and query until they have specific information.
