I travelled by bus from PE on Tuesday afternoon at 17:00 to Jhb. The bus was scheduled to arrive in Jhb at 8:45. It only arrived in Jhb at around 11:00. I was supposed to go to work but could not as the bus was too late. To make things worse no one at Greyhound explained why we are late or appologize. When I talked to few people I know who uses Greyhound they tell me that Greyhound normally do not arrive on time and I should not use it if in hurry to arrive on time.
