Ashford University is coming after me with collectors as well. Here is my story: graduated from Ashford University on July 28th, 2010. On August 5th, 2010 the term ended. Instead of graduating me, the school dropped me. I got a letter to this effect and sent them an email telling them they had made a mistake. I graduated. When I did graduate, my student account was clear. The school had received a payment from my student loans that paid off the last term and gave me a stipend amount.
