On Friday Feb 4th I brought my car to Pep Boys for new tires. When they were finished after hours, I was told my debit card was declined and I had to leave my car there. My balance on my checking account was $500 short so I figured they must have recieved at least $500 and was told to come back with a print out from my bank if that was the case. They actually got $800 out of my account so I took my bank statement to Pep Boys and I was told there is no one they can contact on weekends about my payment so my only option was to pay them in full... read full review »
