I used to like renting from blockbuster and thought it was convenient to drop it off late at night on the way home after they were closed. Well I complained once about the sewer back up in the store not getting fixed for months and then a couple of my returns never got credited. I called the manager and explained that I did return them on time but all he said they did not get them and would not reverse the charges.
