We spent around $10K in November 2010 for 3 bedroom sets. The 3 sets were delivered in December 2010 with problems / damages / defects. The damages were noted and we were told someone would call us. After a day or two and no phone calls we made some calls and finally got someone that wanted to set up another appointment for someone to come out and inspect the damages that the delivery drivers reported.
