Complaints: 1. In 1995 my family moved the double-wide manufactured home we are buying into the Evergreen Trailer Park in Pleasant View, Utah, and only paid $150.00 monthly lot rent. The park was later sold to ARC (American Residential Communities) and our rent has climbed high over the years; our last payment was $510.00--two hundred less than our mortgage payments.
