I am writing to give praise to airport staff, and Kuwait airlines. Our luggang was missing on a flight from Istanbul to Kuwait. My son, who was with me, was travelling on to Lae, Papua New Guinnea, without his luggage, because it did not arrive in Kuwait in time. (He is a pilot up there). After our luggage arrived in Kuwait, I was worried about sending it to that remote location in PNG.
