I bought a Nissan Pathfinder 2005 and an extended warranty. After two years my oil pressure light came on. I was towed to the dealer, who told me that I needed a new engine due to sludge. I have maintainance records for the two years I have owned this truck. My claim was denied based on lack of records prior to my owning the vehicle and not being able to tell when the sludge built up, although the prior owner was in fact Nissan themselves. I waited two months for Nissan to answer the claim as I was passed from agent to agent. Customer service was horrible and my claim denial was final even though I have paid for an extended warranty. read full review »
