My Toyota Concor 2400 TX 4x4 was involved in an accident on 19th feb . I sent it in on the 26th Feb. A month later UI was told there was no back door and one would have to be imported from Japan. After many polite promises that actually help me not at all . there is still no door. This leaves me in a precidament as Outsurence have stopped my hired car after the precsribed month. read full review »
