I booked a car rental for a Honda Accord or similar for collection on 2 April at the Durban Airport branch. I made the booking via the company's website well in advance on the 26 March and was given a booking reference number. A day before flying to Durban, I contacted the call centre to confirm my booking and everything was in order for my arrival.
