After many mails and discussion, we are still waiting for the lamps we have ordered 1 month ago that we were supposed to receive within 3 days. Their website was advertising about having those lamps in stock and we have even paid for delivery via express mail. Once paid, they kept saying that our order way incomplete and that their supplier was overloaded and unable to deliver the goods. Of course they are very sorry but they refuse to reimburse.
