Wachovia is the worst bank in the universe. They charged me overdraft fees after the money was direct deposited in my account. This happens on a regular basis. They paid a bill twice, when I only authorized them to pay the bill once. And, their customer service people are useless people with NO AUTHORITY. Their branch personnel in Springfield VA are the worst banking people that I have ever enountered. This Friday, after my direct deposit is in the account, I plan to close the account, and bank with a reputable bank. read full review »
