We bought Trip Mate Insurance from Viking River Cruises for a trip to Paris. Our flights were cancelled due to severe winter storms. We filed a claim, and it was denied (even though this was a covered claim!). We filed an appeal, wrote to the CEO of Viking River Cruises, and filed a dispute with our credit card company since we had not received the services for which we paid.
