I order a pair of boots from this website and have not received any boots. I received an email from the so called owner first. The email was a hello and welcome to the website. The email went on to state that the boots were UGGS, and what the company was about. I thought WOW! This email was 01/19/2011. The money on my credit card was taken out on 01/19/2011. The tracking number email was on 01/19/2011. As of today 02/06/2011 I have not heard anything from this company. I wish I had this complaint board before I used the website. read full review »
