I too was scammed. I ordered the free trial and payed the $4.95 for the shipping and then a few weeks later was charged $87.65. I called and they said they will not refund the money and hung up on me. Make sure you cancel Fit Factory as well or that will be an additional charge on your credit card for $19.95, I found that out when I was calling about the other money. Their number is 866-407-1022.
