I wish I had researched this outfit before I had placed my order. Just like the other complaints attributed to this site, the product was shipped direct from China. The audio/video quality is so poor my wife had to leave the room while I was testing a few of the disks because of the scratchy audio and background hissing. The video was equally bad.
