26th Feb 2009 Impossible connection via phone line, not answering at all, I have had delays... delays & more delays transfering from Lycos is loosing me 1000 hits per month, so angry... they promised me a quick a simple transfer, I am now waiting weeks/months, they took all the hosting money in one go instead of monthly payments & when you can get through sometimes technical staff are impatient. Worst customer services in the world! How they got their awards for service astounds me. read full review »
