I have never received any information about how to get a grant, nor have I authorized a $39.95 charge. It was only supposed to be a couple of bucks. Plus, now that I have gone to this site, there is not option anywhere on how to cancel this. I want my money back. I will contact the attorney generals office about this if I don't hear from someone right away. I see that there are others having the same problem.
